A Homily on Love
Not so long ago when I didn’t understand even the first letter of word “Love” – I would be in awe thinking about it. I was baffled when I saw young chaps stuck to their computer screens connected to the internet messengers only to speak to their “sweethearts”, or just talking on the phone seamlessly, without any sense of time, only to see their parents yelling at them, later. I couldn’t imagine as to what, and why, were they doing this? I found it to be silly. U. Mahesh Prabhu writes more.

A Smile
A Smile never cost anything. It enriches those who receive one without impoverishing those who give. It happens in a flash, and the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. 21st Century and Brahmacharya
‘Many people talk of celibacy; but practical men are rare. A life of continence is really beset with difficulties. It is easy to tame a tiger, a lion, or an elephant. It is easy to play with a cobra. It is easy to walk over the fire. It is easy to uproot the Himalayas. It is easy to get victory in the battlefield. But, it is absolutely difficult to eradicate lust from ones bodies’ says U. Mahesh Prabhu.

‘What the hell!’, I shouted.
‘Because it IS hell… I want to give it up!’ he responded.
‘Have you made up your mind?’ I asked.
‘Yes’, he said, [...]
